Water
In the Domestic sphere, unlike in the commercial realm, we often hear many say that it is better to be without electricity than to have no water, and rightly so since this equated obligation when compared - command a larger concern than the rate of convenience that the supply of power can provide.
As you will find in this presentation, poor water quality and bad sanitation is deadly affecting the household dweller, coupled with the fact that less than 5% of the total population is connected to a sewer network, which means that the vast majority uses flush toilets connected to septic tanks. And since sludge treatment and disposal facilities are rare, most effluence are discharged without real treatment that also affects our neighbors.
